The CFO will be a senior member of the management team and will work closely with the company’s CEO.

•

Overall responsibility for the company's financial system and financial reporting. This includes preparing financial statements following relevant standards, developing a multi-year budget and tracking its execution, internal management and Board reports, cash flow monitoring, and ensuring adequate liquidity resources.

A key role in shaping and developing the company's business strategy, including providing recommendations and supporting business and financial data related to new product development, partnerships, and entry into new markets/territories, as well as tracking and reporting the execution of the company's strategy.

•

A crucial role in shaping the company's capital and debt-raising strategy, including managing and monitoring financial obligations.

•

Responsibility for regulatory reporting, including as a public company.

•

Ability to present to investors and stakeholders, including managing relationships with investors.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years experience in accounting and financial management practices, with a proven track record of success.

• Strategic management skills, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Initiative, excellence, precision, A to Z execution.

• Presentation, analytical and writing skills.

• Background in the Gaming industry – big advantage.

• Startup experience - nice to have
