For the past 20+ years, I have been living and breathing the world of Human Resources, after an early career in the advertising industry.

For over a decade, I have developed and facilitated executive leadership workshops in leading industrial, hi-tech, and public sector companies in Israel.

Amongst other, I was the HR & Organization Development Manager at HOT Stop, a recruiter in Pilat (an HR assessment and placement company), and a manager at the GO ON placement company, in charge of senior positions.

Over the course of my career working as a consultant with many organizations, I have accumulated in-depth acquaintance of diverse populations. I was a proactive partner to many significant organizational processes, and I specifically assisted in building organizations, DNA, and developing teams and the future managerial talent pool.

I bring to the table my holistic experience – a fusion of high-level assessment competencies and knowledge of organizations, as a consultant and as a customer. All these combined together enable me to accurately address the organization’s needs.

In 2015 I established GOOD PEOPLE, and since then, I am leading recruitment processes for a variety of organizations, building their executive leadership teams, and counselling managers during key career moves.

I specialize in recruitment of senior and specialist positions, and the office team provides support to a wide range of positions and industries.

I co-founded a career center on behalf of the “Massa” Group, focused on connecting international human capital to the Israeli market.

I also acted to get women back in the workforce, in the framework of the “Saleet” non-profit organization.

I run professional meetups “Habait Shel Yael” (Yael’s house) in my house in Ramat Hasharon.

I am a certified coach, hold a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences, and a diploma in Organizational Consulting from the College of Management Academic Studies, and one year of studies towards my Master’s in Psychodrama, Lesley College.
