Global Social Manager

For a market leader (global) fasion brand

Global Social Manager

Reporting to: Global CMO

The Global Social Manager will be responsible for managing the brands social media

presence across various channels and platforms, creating, and implementing social

media strategies that align with the overall marketing and brand objectives. They will

work closely with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and collaborate

with external partners to build partnerships and grow the brands social media


 Develop and implement global social media strategies that align with the

brands marketing and business objectives

 Manage and maintain the brands social media channels (Facebook, Twitter,

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) by creating and curating high-quality

content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics

 Work with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice

across all social media channels

 Collaborate with external partners, influencers, and agencies to build

partnerships and grow the brands social media presence

 Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in social media,

fashion,  to inform the brands social media strategy

 Develop and manage social media budgets, including paid media campaigns,

to maximize ROI

 Analyze and report on social media performance, using data to inform ongoing

social media strategy and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

 Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion - a plus

 Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging

trends

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

 Proven ability to create and curate high-quality social media content that

resonates with target audiences.

 Experience managing social media budgets and paid media campaigns, with a

focus on maximizing ROI.

  • E-commerce background - a plus


 Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse and report on social media

performance and use data to inform ongoing strategy

 Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners,

including agencies and influencers

 Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to

manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
