Office manager

For a leading venture capital fund


  • Manage      calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings

  • Manage      as the PA for the partners

· Provide administrative supportat all operation office matters

  • Responsible      for all office logistics, vendors, and supplies (Kitchen, office      equipment, etc.)

· Assisting in special projects within the Marketing and investor relationship issues, for example: website content management, conferences and events of the foundation, preparation of documents and Bussiness and marketing material for meetings

·       Assist and coordinate fund's accounting issue - invoices, classifications, payments to suppliers etc.


A successful candidate will be self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, creative, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities. The position will be located in Hertzelia .

  • Bachelor's      Degree strongly preferred

  • A      minimum of 2 years practical business/administrative      experience or equivalent.

  • Proficiency      in written and spoken business English MS Office (Word,      Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, …).

  • A high      degree of pro-activeness, professionalism and strong work ethic coupled      with a sense of responsibility and integrity
