For a leading venture capital fund
Manage calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings
Manage as the PA for the partners
· Provide administrative supportat all operation office matters
Responsible for all office logistics, vendors, and supplies (Kitchen, office equipment, etc.)
· Assisting in special projects within the Marketing and investor relationship issues, for example: website content management, conferences and events of the foundation, preparation of documents and Bussiness and marketing material for meetings
· Assist and coordinate fund's accounting issue - invoices, classifications, payments to suppliers etc.
A successful candidate will be self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, creative, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities. The position will be located in Hertzelia .
Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
A minimum of 2 years practical business/administrative experience or equivalent.
Proficiency in written and spoken business English MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, …).
