For a leading technology company - Major responsibilities:
Improve and initiate HRIS solutions to support HR process and to enable clear analysis for decisions making.
Development and implementation of policies and procedures (guidelines) for global HR process.
Initiation, tracking and monitoring of global process (performance reviews, bonuses, merit reviews).
Manage employee data to follow up on on-going changes.
Implementation of new modules and systems.
Preparation of all process guides and training presentations.
Managing HRIS budget.
B.A./B.sc Degree in Human Resources/Industrial management MBA- preferred
5+ years of HR Operations experience, preferably within global manufacturing or related industry
Understanding of HR core processes
Comprehensive knowledge of HRIS systems, Success Factors experience is preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills – able to work effectively with diverse groups and backgrounds
Fluent English- a must
