Global Operations and Processes,HRIS

Senior Manager

For  a leading technology company - Major responsibilities:

  • Improve and initiate HRIS solutions to support HR process and to enable clear analysis for decisions making.

  • Development and implementation of policies and procedures (guidelines) for global HR process.

  • Initiation, tracking and monitoring of global process (performance reviews, bonuses, merit reviews).

  • Manage employee data to follow up on on-going changes.

  • Implementation of new modules and systems.

  • Preparation of all process guides and training presentations.

  • Managing HRIS budget.

Main requirements:

  • B.A./ Degree in Human Resources/Industrial management MBA- preferred

  • 5+ years of HR Operations experience, preferably within global manufacturing or related industry

  • Understanding of HR core processes

  • Comprehensive knowledge of HRIS systems, Success Factors experience is preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal skills – able to work effectively with diverse groups and backgrounds

  • Fluent English- a must
