What will you do...?
As the key stakeholder during the delivery period - the Project Manager is responsible for developing and managing the day to day project execution, communication with clients, learning new products, managing project budgets, and quickly resolving issues.
More specifically, this mission would include the following tasks:
Develop projects scopes and objectives
Establish, manage and maintain relationships with your customers
Use a consultative approach to tailor creative solutions that leverage company’s services
Handle day to day requests and customer issues thoughtfully and quickly, soliciting feedback while maintaining a strong sense of product direction
Building scalable resources and best practices to train and service customers and end users
You should have:
At least 2 years of experience in project management, consulting or customer relationship management
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to details
Ability to quickly review new products and determine their technical aspects
Superb organizational, project management and time management skills
Firm understanding of software development and testing processes (e.g. Agile, Scrum, etc.)
Ability to interact with client teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew are a must
