Title: Chief Finance Officer

Job Description:
We are expanding our leadership team with the addition of a talented CFO. The ideal CFO candidate will be an experienced and strategic leader with a proven track record driving and accelerating revenue growth. This high influence, high impact role will complement the existing leadership team and will have the responsibility to partner across the business to drive ongoing growth and development.
By taking the lead role in financial decision making and providing strategic financial input, the CFO will be responsible for managing, planning, implementing and controlling all financial-related activities of the Company. The CFO will also oversee the and legal functions.
We are seeking for a high-energy, results-driven leader with a demonstrated history of managing and grooming finance team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, with a hands on “roll up your sleeves” mindset, developing and executing strategies, and producing results.
Responsibilities:
Manage the company financial functions, including accounting and tax, reporting, systems, budgeting, and forecasting
Ensure all financial statements and reports are prepared and presented in a timely manner including Cash-flow statements, Income statements, balance sheet and variance analysis
Lead the budget process while preparing operating plans and review proposal
Develop and ensure 5-year strategic plans coincide with business objectives
Manages relationship with accounting firm and directs audit and tax activities
Delivers timely and accurate analysis and reporting of financial and operational performance
Provides financial analysis and modeling to support strategic and tactical decision-making
Drives analysis of capital requirements to ensure optimal capitalization and availability of funds
Establishes and maintains banking relationships and manage ongoing investor relations
Identifies key financial risks with respect to business and develop strategies for managing them
Provide oversight of effective internal controls
Required Experience
5+ years CFO-level experience at international company
CPA and Bachelor's Degree Required (Big 4) a plus
15+ years of finance and accounting experience
Broad experience managing across multiple verticals in an organization
Preference given to experience with an international public company
Highly analytical and data-driven
Excellent analytical, abstract reasoning, and organizational skills
Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Executive management experience
Experience in deploying and managing IT systems
Bachelor degree required, MBA a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in acquisitions due diligence processes. IPO experience is a plus
