We are seeking an HR Manager to craft, lead and support our people operations initiatives and team-building efforts. The HR Manager will build, deliver and manage HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, performance management and employee relations to create and sustain an innovative and cooperative team and culture.
Human Resources Manager responsibilities
Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
Own employee relations, working with managers and employees to ensure success of team members
Oversee compensation structures and execution as well as retention and turnover
Champion company culture and employee engagement
Foster a culture of employee growth through learning and development programs
Stay on top of HR best practices as well as employment laws in all ARTLINK markets
Human Resources Manager skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Labor Relations or Business
Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication
Knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, employee relations, safety practices and talent acquisition, and the ability to apply this information in a manner that is compliant with relevant employment law
Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork
